10.5/0.69kV 4000kVA Integrated PCS & Step-up Transformer Cabinet for Energy Storage Projects

This 4000kVA energy storage converter & step-up integrated machine is tailor-made for 3.75MW/15MWh energy storage stations.

It integrates PCS converter, step-up transformer, power distribution, communication and fire protection into one container unit, perfectly realizing unattended outdoor operation with safety reliability and long service life.

1. 20ft Integrated ContainerDimensions: 6058×2438×2896mmGalvanized steel plate thickness ≥2.0mm, IP54 protection grade, C4-M anti-corrosion standard, rust-free service life up to 25 years, certified by classification society.
2. Oil-immersed Step-up Transformer + 10kV High Voltage CabinetTransformer Model: S13‑4000kVA, 10.5kV/0.69kV, Dy11 connection, Class 3 energy efficiency (NX3).Equipped with 12kV/630A vacuum circuit breaker & disconnector, short-circuit withstand capacity: 25kA.
3. Communication & Power CabinetBuilt-in box-type substation monitoring controller + online UPS (1-hour backup power supply), supports linkage control of temperature control, dehumidification and cabin lighting.
4. Auxiliary Dry-type TransformerSG‑120kVA, 0.69kV/0.4kV dry transformer, supplies auxiliary power for the whole system.
5. Complete Fire & Auxiliary AccessoriesSmoke & temperature sensing fire alarm system, full set of cabin lighting, copper busbars, cables, grounding system and sealing components are fully equipped.
