Optimized for Harsh PV Station Working Conditions

Large solar projects usually face frequent power fluctuations, multi-string parallel power generation and long-hour full-load operation. To solve these pain points, our box transformer adopts high-permeability low-loss core and optimized high-power winding structure.

This design effectively cuts no-load and load losses, stabilizes temperature rise and strengthens overload resistance. Modular Four-Compartment Safety Structure

The transformer adopts an independent four-compartment layout, including a high-voltage room, transformer room, low-voltage room and measurement & control room. The partitioned structure delivers excellent insulation performance and high safety, simplifying on-site acceptance and daily maintenance.

Fully pre-assembled and pre-commissioned in the factory, the unit integrates high/low voltage switchgears, intelligent protection devices, lightning protection, forced cooling and remote communication modules. It greatly reduces on-site construction, wiring and debugging costs, matching the fast and modular construction needs of large PV EPC projects.

Strong Environmental Adaptability for Outdoor Use

Equipped with thickened industrial cabinet and multi-layer anti-corrosion spraying technology, this box transformer features dustproof, waterproof, anti-condensation, UV-resistant and extreme temperature resistance. It can operate stably in deserts, high-temperature and freezing areas, high-humidity and coastal salt-fog environments.

With an ultra-low failure rate and stable performance, it supports a full 25-year service life for photovoltaic power stations.

The device is equipped with complete power-grade protection functions, such as anti-islanding protection, over/under voltage protection, overload and short-circuit protection, over-temperature locking and zero-sequence protection.
