1. High-performance iron coreThe core is made of high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet.It adopts full miter-lamination stacking structure. The core column is designed as multi-step circular cross-section. This structure effectively reduces no-load loss and no-load current.
2. Optimized winding structureThe winding uses corrugated oil duct without varnish dipping technology, fixed by binding tapes.All coils adopt concentric winding style. 3. Temperature monitoring designEach S11 oil transformer reserves a base for glass thermometer on the top of the fuel tank.The thermometer tube extends 120±10 mm into transformer oil, which monitors oil temperature in real time for safe operation.
