First, spare parts localization is essential. Common wearing parts (corrosion-resistant gaskets, fuses, color-changing desiccant, sealed bushings, insulation tape) should be stocked in local warehouses (e.g., Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila) to ensure that spare parts can be delivered to the site within 24-48 hours.
