SCB14 Series Dry Type Transformer
The SCB14 series dry type transformer is a new-generation high-efficiency power distribution equipment independently developed by our company. It fully complies with GB 20052-2024 new energy efficiency standards and is rated as Class 2 (NX2).
This product adopts full copper core material. It features low operation loss, safety and maintenance-free performance. Customized service is also available. It works well for commercial buildings, data centers, high-rise buildings, PV energy storage systems and municipal projects that require high fire safety and energy saving.
1. Full Copper Core for Stable & Durable Performance
We use high-purity oxygen-free copper cores for all windings, with a conductivity of 99.9%. Compared with aluminum or copper-clad aluminum windings, copper cores deliver better conductivity and lower resistance. They cut heat loss fundamentally and reduce load loss by over 30%. This design ensures stable long-term operation.
The iron core is made of high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. We adopt 45° full miter and stepped lamination technology to minimize magnetic flux loss. Its no-load current and operating noise are controlled below 50dB, exceeding general industry standards.
All windings are cast with vacuum epoxy resin. The oil-free structure prevents leakage. The transformer is flame retardant, moisture-proof and crack-resistant. It can run maintenance-free in enclosed, humid and dusty environments.
2. Class 2 Energy Efficiency for Long-Term Cost Saving
As a standard Class 2 energy efficiency product, SCB14 series performs much better than traditional SCB13 models. It reduces no-load loss by 15% to 20% and load loss by 10% to 15%.
Take the 800kVA model as an example. Its no-load loss is only 885W, and load loss reaches 5365W. It can save more than 2,600 kWh of electricity per year. Users can recover the extra investment within 1 to 2 years. The product maintains high cost performance throughout its 20-year service life.
3. Custom Design for Diverse Application Scenarios

- Parameter customization: Capacity from 50kVA to 3150kVA, voltage from 6kV to 35kV (standard 10kV/0.4kV). We also adjust tapping range and connection group (Dyn11) as required.
- Structure customization: IP20 for indoor use and IP23 for outdoor use. We customize overall dimensions and cooling modes, including AN natural air cooling and AF forced air cooling.
- Function customization: Optional intelligent monitoring module supports remote tracking of temperature, load and fault alarms, suitable for smart parks and industrial networks.
- Environment customization: Special protection designs are available for high altitude, salt fog, high temperature and high humidity working conditions.
