Oil Immersed Transformer — Product Overview
"> The S11 (13) 10Kv fully sealed oil immersed transformer is suitable for use in power systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated working voltage of 10kV or below. It is used as a distribution transformer in enterprises such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and places with high dust.
VoltCloud Electric engineers and manufactures this equipment for utility, industrial and renewable-energy projects. Every unit is routine-tested before shipment and delivered with test records and export documentation. Ratings shown below are from our current production data — non-standard capacities, voltage ratios and loss classes are engineered to order.

Features & Construction
- Compared with dry-type units, oil immersed transformers offer lower cost per kVA, better heat dissipation for continuous heavy duty, and stronger tolerance to outdoor, dusty and temperature-varying environments.
- The 30-2000 kVA transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve.
- Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user needs.
- The oil tank of an oil immersed transformer is composed of corrugated pipes, and its surface is finished with a durable, weather-resistant spray coating that bonds firmly and resists dust and corrosion.
- It is used as a distribution transformer in power systems, industrial plants (petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry) and other high-dust or outdoor locations, typically 30-2000 kVA at 10 kV and below.
- Built to IEC 60076 as the baseline; IEEE C57.12.00 / ANSI / BS / AS-NZS / GOST are available on request. Third-party type tests and routine tests are provided with each unit.
- This series covers 30-2000 kVA at 10 kV; other voltages (6 / 20 / 35 kV) and larger ratings are available on request.
Product Details
As an oil immersed transformer manufacturer, VoltCloud Electric supplies fully-sealed distribution transformers in the 30-2000 kVA range for utility, industrial and renewable projects. Built to IEC 60076 with hermetically sealed corrugated tanks, they deliver low losses and rugged outdoor performance in harsh, dusty or high-humidity environments.
The S11 / S13 10 kV fully sealed oil immersed transformer is suitable for use in power systems with an AC frequency of 50 Hz and a rated working voltage of 10 kV or below. It is used as a distribution transformer in enterprises such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, light industry, and other high-dust locations.
The iron core of the oil immersed transformer is made of high magnetic conductivity grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core is a new type of iron core, a fully inclined seam stacked iron core, and its iron core column is a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section. The yoke and iron core are of equal cross-section.
